St Michael Hospcie bills directly to Medicare, Medi-Cal and/or private insurance for hospice care. These benefts will normally cover all hospice care including medications, supplies, and equipment related to the terminal illness.
Generally there are no fees to you. For other care needs unrelated to terminal illness, your Part B Medicare, Medi-Cal and Private Insurance benefts remain in place.
Your team of caregivers consists of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, chaplains, certified home health aides, volunteers, and of course, you and your family.
St Michael Hospice is available to you 24 hours a day, every day.
